Sous Chef –

We are hiring for a dedicated and focused Sous Chef, passionate about seasonal and sustainable dining. Working with the head chef on all aspects of the kitchen – from menu ideas to writing staff rotas  – you are calm, organised, creative, flexible and motivated to be a constructive part of a friendly team delivering excellent food, drink and service.


Front of House – Part time –

 As a front of house, you will be required to welcome, greet and serve guests in a professional and polite manner, and be passionate about providing the highest level of service. Communicate with guests about the menus, ingredients, suppliers used by the restaurant. Passionate about natural wines, handcrafted cocktails, sustainability and seasonality.


Kitchen Porter – Part Time –

To assist the kitchen with food prep, wash, dry and organise the pot washing section, to undergo cleaning of the kitchen, pot washing area and to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation are being followed.
