About

We are a neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Chorlton, Manchester. We focus on sustainability and seasonality, working with small scale producers, farmers, growers and suppliers using only local, seasonal produce and wild meat on our menus.

We serve low intervention wines from around the globe, plus crafted UK beers, homemade soft drinks and naturally produced hand-crafted spirits.

It is our aim to reduce wastage wherever possible- from pickling and fermenting vegetable stalks to nose-to-tail butchery- we aim to have as minimal an impact as we can.
