About our Menus

At the Creameries, all of our food & drink is carefully & ethically sourced. Our aim is create thoughtful and intelligent food that keeps people happy and engaged, and offer drinks that match in quality, value and interest.

At the heart of our bakery and restaurant is the oven. Freshly baked pastries and breads, home cured wild meats, home made butter and lots of delicious cheese are our mainstays. Our menus are shaped by British seasons and traditions, and change from day to day according to the produce we can get at market.

We only work with suppliers who share our values and take our inspiration from scholarly cooks who care about food culture and know how to elevate simple and local food, such as Jane Grigson, Eliza Acton, St. John Bread & Wine, Rochelle Canteen.


About Our Bakery

All our bread is made using a slow fermentation process. Our staples are sourdough bread and daily changing breakfast buns, cakes and pastries.
