Our aim is to create thoughtful and delicious menus based around the best sustainably and most ethically sourced ingredients we can lay our hands on.
We work with trusted suppliers who share our values and ethics – Our fish comes from River Teign Shellfish and our meat is all wild, supplied to us by Littlewoods Butchers in Stockport. Our fresh produce comes from Field 28, Organic North and Unicorn Grocery in Chorlton.
Our menus are shaped by British seasons and food traditions, and we work hard to waste as little as possible – We pickle and preserve what we can’t use immediately, and we work with our suppliers to help them avoid waste by taking what they have available.
We work with Les Caves De Pyrene, Indigo Wines and Wine Under The Bonnet to stock and support organic, biodynamic and low intervention farmers, growers and winemakers.
All of our soft drinks are homemade and created using organic or locally foraged ingredients to showcase the best of seasons.
