Our aim is create thoughtful and delicious food that keeps people happy and engaged, and offer drinks that match in quality, value and interest.

Sustainably and ethically sourced produce is the starting point for everything we serve – from the flour for our bread to the children’s drinks. We work with trusted suppliers who share our values and ethics and try to shop local wherever we can.

Our menus are shaped by British seasons and traditions and we work hard to waste as little as possible – we pickle and preserve what we can’t use immediately and we work with our suppliers to help them avoid waste by taking what they have available.
