May’s Sunday Kitchen Takeover will be hosted by Liverpool’s critically acclaimed Maray restaurant, who’ll be joining Mary-Ellen in the kitchen to bring you an evening of the tastiest food and the loveliest company.

Dill & Cumin roast Jerusalem artichoke with lemon za’atar aioli 


Cauliflower steak, rose harrisa, coriander & parsley gel, tahini, yoghurt, pomegranate and roast flaked almonds


Cod with parsley crumb, peas in pod with cumin & mint 


Rosewater cream, rhubarb molasses, olive oil biscuit
