Our aim is to create thoughtful and delicious menus based around the best sustainably and ethically sourced ingredients we can lay our hands on.
We work with trusted suppliers who share our values and ethics and try to shop local wherever we can – our fish comes from Out of the Blue in Chorlton and our meat is all wild, supplied to us by Littlewoods Butchers in Stockport. Our veg comes from Manchester Veg People, Organic North and Unicorn Grocery in Chorlton.
Our menus are shaped by British seasons and food traditions and we work hard to waste as little as possible – we pickle and preserve what we can’t use immediately and work with our suppliers to help them avoid waste by taking what they have available.
